Nowadays, the precision casting industry is developing very rapidly in today's society. Of course, it is inseparable from the advantages of precision castings, such as high dimensional accuracy, small surface roughness, suitable for castings with complicated structures and shapes, etc. Agree to our designers, precision casting is a design principle:
       First, the fair wall is thick. Under the condition that the minimum allowable wall thickness of the cCarbon Steel casting is satisfied, it is possible to be as thin as possible, that is, to ensure good mobility of the molten metal, and to avoid casting defects (such as shrinkage cavities) caused by excessive shrinkage.
Second, the uniform wall thickness. It means that the wall thickness of each part is evenly cooled. The inner wall partition is thin and the surrounding walls should be thick. Purpose: To reduce stress, deformation and cracking; to prevent shrinkage of hot joints.
Third, the transitional connection. Structural fillet: avoids the formation of hot joints; improves stress distribution; avoids sand damage and generates blisters. Evenly hand-over: When the walls or ribs in different directions on the Lost wax casting are handed over, metal accumulation (heat section) should be avoided, and shrinkage cavities should be generated. Use rounded corners, bevels, and cones for gradual transition purposes: to prevent stress concentration and cracking.
Fourth, the large plane is inclined. Purpose: Use filling and exhaust troubleshooting.
Fifth, reduce deformation. (with heat treatment) symmetrical structure, additional reinforcement ribs.
Sixth, free contraction. Purpose: It is beneficial to reduce stress cracking and deformation caused by shrinkage stress.
